What does an interior design project consist of?

At our studio, we approach each interior design project in a comprehensive and personalized manner. We want your home to reflect your lifestyle, tastes, and needs. Therefore, the process is divided into three key phases:

PHASE 1: PRELIMINARY PROJECT

1. Initial analysis

  • Client Meeting: In-depth interview to understand the client's tastes, habits, goals, concerns, and profiles. Includes brainstorming on decorative concepts and reviewing inspirational images.

  • Home study: We analyze facilities, unique elements, orientation, furniture pieces to be reused, and possible technical limitations.

  • Detailed measurement: Comprehensive measurements of the home.

  • Distribution proposal: Presentation of plans to facilitate understanding of the project.

  • Final distribution definition: Adjustments and consensus on the final proposal.

2. Creative development

With the layout and technical limitations defined, we shape the aesthetics of the project:

  • Decorative proposals: We present ideas with 2D drawings and 3D color renderings, sketches, mood boards, and reference images.

  • Selection of materials and main elements: Flooring, cladding, carpentry and other key elements.

PHASE 2: TECHNICAL PROJECT

Once the preliminary project is approved, we prepare the technical project , which is essential for the execution of the project. This includes all the necessary technical and aesthetic solutions: layout, installations, finishes, lighting, and material selection.

PHASE 3: PROJECT MANAGEMENT

With the technical project completed and the budget approved, we begin the work. Project management ensures that everything is executed as planned:

  • Monitoring the work in person and remotely (by phone/email), ensuring that each solution is executed as agreed.

  • Coordination with the construction team and technical supervision to comply with regulations and quality standards.

  • Periodic site visits according to the needs of each phase.

  • Updating plans and details if changes arise during the work.

  • Preparation of additional estimates if unforeseen work or changes arise.
